Phil is a seasoned marketing professional with almost thirty years of experience in the consumer products industry with Colgate-Palmolive and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Being a results-oriented leader, Phil has a proven track record of strategic ingenuity and an in-depth knowledge of both air shows and sales/marketing. For the last 15 years, I have served as the Crew Chief of the greatest team that helps me focus on meeting our clients' objectives, supporting non-profits and having fun.
Dean Castillo

Dean is senior partner and CEO with over thirty years of experience in the financial institution and corporate licensed-product marketing industries. Holding CEO and VP positions, Dean is a for-profit proven performer in both multi-million dollar and start-up environments with strong team building, motivational and problem solving skills.

Project Manager
Susan joined ADC Group in the spring of 2022. Susan's background in law as well as her office skills makes her an intricate part of ADC Group.

Dan shares his business expertise to all areas of ADC. He also travels to air shows to provide support to our corporate partners and exhibitors.

Event Project Manager
After previously working with Phil Pacific in Marketing at Dr Pepper Snapple Group for years; Adria joined the ADC Group team in January of 2015 as a Project Manager. She is excited to be able to utilize my administrative strengths and people-skills to coordinate the Sponsor and Exhibitor experience and drive results for our air show partners.
Debbie Dodson
Office Manager
Debbie has been with ADC Group since 2016. She took on the role of national accounts project manager and is now overseeing all aspects of the company. With her people skills and organizational skills, she is an asset to the organization.

Sandy started at ADC Group in 2016. Sandy is responsible for booking and accounting practices at ADC Group. Her experience is an important part of keeping our office running smoothly!

On-Site Hospitality Manager
Denise is an important part of the hospitality team at ADC Group. Denise works at managed shows with our corporate clients to provide an amazing experience for our client's guests.
JeRaye Haynes
National Accounts Project Manager
JeRaye joined ADC Group in 2020 and works with National Accounts to secure exhibit spaces at air shows throughout the country. JeRaye also manages the Cleveland Air Show
Lauren Hook
Sales Manager
Lauren brings many years of sales experience to ADC Group. Lauren is responsible for sales of exhibit space as well as chalets at all our managed shows.
